Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Green Publication, we are committed to handling all financial matters with transparency and fairness. Manuscript processing fees are non-refundable, as they cover editorial and administrative costs. Authors wishing to withdraw their manuscript should notify us promptly. If withdrawal occurs before processing begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for accepted or published articles. For other services like subscriptions or event registrations, refund eligibility will depend on the specific terms at the time of payment. For any concerns, please contact us directly.

Article Processing Charges (APC) Refund Policy

Full Refund (100%)

  • If the article is withdrawn before peer review begins
  • If the journal is unable to proceed with publication
  • In case of duplicate payment

Partial Refund (50%)

  • If the author requests withdrawal during peer review
  • If the article is rejected after peer review
  • If the author is unable to complete required revisions

No Refund

  • After the article is accepted for publication
  • For articles in the production process
  • For published articles

Important Notice

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment. Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Individual Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime
  • Annual subscriptions can be canceled within 30 days for a full refund
  • After 30 days, prorated refunds may be issued for the remaining period

Institutional Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days
  • Multi-year subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds
  • Contact our sales team for enterprise agreements
